Background and Experience
Mayla has been working in the financial services industry since 2023. During her time at her previous firm, she earned her Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification before joining the &Partners Home Office team as an Integration Specialist. In that role, she was introduced to Mannen Financial Group as the lead transition specialist during the practice’s move to &Partners, overseeing the secure transfer and integration of client information into new service platforms. In January 2026, Mayla was invited to join the Mannen Financial Group team, where she continues to apply her expanding industry knowledge and experience to provide exceptional service and support to clients.
Away from the Office
Mayla loves sharing fun, meaningful experiences with her friends and church community – from baking (the goodies often make their way to the Mannen Team) to festivals, local outreach events, and skating. She’s engaged to John, and the two of them, along with her spry Jack Russell terrier, Roscoe, visit her family in Columbus, Ohio a few times a year. In her free time, you’ll likely find her browsing a bookstore or reading at a local coffee shop.
